So many women hold back from walking in full confidence due to comparison. We see the fit girl when we have slacked a bit and we see the extra extra fit girl when we are already fit. Stop the shenanigans! Love yourself as is.
I did this shoot with an amazing photographer who thrives on showing you just how BEAUTIFUL you are as is. I wasn’t my fittest or heaviest but I sure did agree with her methodology and agreed to support and do the damn thing! In a world where you will always have haters no matter what, don’t allow yourself to be one of them. More than often our bodies tell an amazing story of victory Of having healthy babies or overcoming trauma like depression. Be flipping proud. Flip the hair and rock the outfit babe!!! Take the photo and pass the learning to your loved ones.

Many of you have seen my 75 Hard challenge progress but let me share a little bit about my journey thus far...
🙌🏼The first week was exciting and just took being intentional with my time to get it all done. The App is a great way to mark off your checklist daily.
🌊 The second week was a little more inconvenient with Hurricane weather and works closing however prioritization helped with consistency. My daily reading of 10
Pages a day stretched me as a leader and the mentorship John Maxwell provides in his books is like no other!
🔥 The third week was the hardest thus far. Suddenly my body was DONE with 0 rest days and nonstop jumping, and weight training. I shifted my workouts to more active rest with walks in the park/treadmill and yoga even! The learning here was to listen to my body. I’m almost done with my book and am Excited to keep Growing mentally with discipline, focus and intentionality.
A few things I’ve learned so far..
🧠 The body follows the mind. You CAN go further than you ever have before.
🎯Great leaders are like rubber bands. They never stop stretching themselves! They also share their learnings with others. Every week our group does check ins and shares new insights with each other for development inside out.
⏰ We are never too old to set new goals and try new things. Stop saying I’m too old, I’m too
Busy, I can’t because of my kids....turn your excuses into reasons.
💤 I love my sleep but more than that I love the feeling of a badass accomplishment in the morning while Most are barely waking up. I started with 8 am and now am doing 6 am workouts. Decide to stay committed and make it happen! Easy doesn’t ever equal to Greatness.
👥Alone I could go fast but with my tribe I’ve gone further. I’ve been tempted to slack and they say “Next Round Let’s Go!” Or I’ll see you at 6am sharp! Inside I’m like 😫😫😤 but afterwards I feel so so grateful for the push bc only then do I get to see how capable I am. 🥰
🕰 Control your time. Don’t let it control you. I have sharpened my schedule for my Priorities. If I can do it for a workout, I can do it for a financial Budget.

to my first NPC show.

This was moments before I got super dizzy from dehydration and had to sit and recoup before being called on stage. It was tough but I always look back proud knowing how much sweat hours and discipline I built in the process. What’s one of your proudest moments?
