The team went 3-1 in pool play at the Colorado Sparkler!

We knew Colorado wouldnโt be easy on our pitchers but they still managed to get 26 strikeouts in 4 games!

The Bombers came out hot, jumping to a 10โ2 lead by the bottom of the 2nd. But the Intruders stayed locked in and refused to fold.
By the end of the 3rd, it was tied up โ and stayed that way for 2 full innings. Pressure rising. Momentum shifting.

What a weekend for this squad! ๐ฅ
They started off slow, dropping 3 straight and getting knocked out of the Lonestar Bracketโbut that only lit a fire. Needing a win in Game 4 to stay alive in the San Jacinto bracket, they came to life. The bats woke up, the energy shifted, and the comeback began. ๐ฅ
Sunday was a battle. ๐๐ผ
Three huge wins got them all the way to the Championship Game, where they went toe-to-toe in a nail-biter with two amazing teams trading blows inning after inning. They came up just 2 runs short, but left it all on the field in a fantastic finale.

Our girls ended Saturday play with an exclamation mark! We started the weekend a bit rough but it finally clicked and we scored 18 runs to beat our latest opponent. Lauren Coombs #51 hit a grand slam and Aleyah Martin #5 hit a two run bomb! Way to wake up those bats in a big way ladies!
