Summer heat is in full gear.
Staying hydrated is important as the temperature rises. Being dehydrated is like trying to run your car without oil.
You aren’t going to get very far.
Start early with your fluids, while water is the best go-to, remember any liquid contributes, even coffee and tea.
Start with a big glass of water in the morning and at every meal. And have a big glass in between meals.
That will go a long way towards keeping you hyrdated.
