There has been a lot going on Today and a lot of conflicting information for the new silencer process and which transactions it applies to.

Bottom line is if the customer, dealer and silencer fall under the covered plaintiffs in the suit, the transaction is valid.

Everything we have currently and will be getting in the next week will qualify.

Right now, we are pausing to see how the ATF responds and the direction they give dealers on these transactions. The rumor is that will happen Monday.

To protect ourselves and our customers, we want to make sure everything is done right.

We will be putting together a list of available silencers tomorrow with pricing. Anybody interested can request a PM for this list.

We will be taking reservations on our inventory and will set them aside for a $100 deposit via Zelle.

We are looking forward to this new chapter in the industry.

There is a lot of buzz this morning regarding the lawsuit against the DOJ and ATF and Silencers.

We are wading through all the information and will let everyone know how the new process works for purchasing silencers.

For Texas residents, it’s looking great for us.
