Had an interesting day out at HMP Oval Track in the L Squared Engineering legend car yesterday. Gremlins in the rear gear put us starting 15th after pulling off during the heat race. We had speed but a major rear end vibration kept us from the front. Finished up in P5 for a +10 position finish.

It was a great opening weekend to the 2026 race season at HMP Oval Track yesterday. Had a really fast car in practice and after a few timing loop issues we had to draw for position. Starting 9th made it a chaotic but extremely fun race and we were able to pull off a 4th place finish after having to come from the back with front end damage. Super grateful to L Squared Engineering and Texas Independent Racing for all they do to get us to the track!

Finished off the season last night with another championship at HMP Oval Track. With our backup motor in the car we were able to bring it home in 4th and secure the championship. We are looking forward to the offseason and continuing to improve on our program.
