A Private Business which is by appointment only Iron Will Training Systems has a focus on team training for athletes. We currently offer two groups.

Our off-season and in-season program for current middle school, junior high school, high school, and collegiate athletes are geared towards increasing overall sport performance. Each athlete gets a program designed for there specific needs. We are here to compliment all work done inside their schools with a focus on strength, power, speed, and explosiveness. We frequently observe parents investing substantial resources in pursuit of promises due to someone suggesting their child is destined for greatness. The reality is that there are no professional 9-year-olds. What your child genuinely requires at an early stage is variety, structure, and discipline.

When families consult with me, I provide honest guidance: this is a process, not a shortcut. From ages 7 to 12, our focus is on youth athletic development, emphasizing proper movement techniques, safe training methods, and establishing a foundation for long-term athletic success.

From age 13 and above, the approach becomes more rigorous, incorporating Vald Performance systems and InBody testing to evaluate movement quality, asymmetries, strength, and readiness. Every four weeks, we expect measurable progress; if none is observed, we reassess the purpose of the engagement.

It is essential to acknowledge that I cannot perform tasks such as eating, hydration, sleep, or recovery on behalf of the individual. It is imperative to assume ownership of one's actions. If progress is not being made, a second opportunity is provided; however, it must be understood that this environment is not conducive to passive participation. One is either committed to growth or merely occupying space.

At some point, motivation alone will be insufficient, and discipline will become the determining factor. The individual must engage in a self-reflective process, recognizing that if they desire success fervently enough, support will be provided to facilitate achievement. Conversely, if the individual is unwilling to invest the necessary effort, this environment may not be suitable for them.

started out with a dynamic warmup followed by banded and body weight movement. Then went into low level plyos prior to our seated box jumps for max height.

We’re on a four day upper/lower split, today was our second lower body day.

The big win here is Jeremiah came to us after a bad experience with S/C leaving him with nagging lower back pain after squats or deadlifts. After actually getting coached up and not just told what to do he’s having success in those movements which will mean bigger gains down the road.

As coaches we should have a standard and should uphold the standard, not just go through the motions. If I can do it working 11-16hr days 5-6 days a week for the last 25years anyone can.

Everyone wants to rush to go fast, but slowing down to focus on technique is key. 🤔 It’s all about being powerful, not just quick! 💪 We’re correcting form and learning to apply horizontal force through the ground for better acceleration. 💨 Heavy resistance with the right mechanics is essential to get FASTER. And remember, details matter—correcting arm swing is crucial for generating momentum and efficiency in sprinting. Keep pushing!
