And suddenly I couldn't unsee it.

We enable:

You may still show up. You may still function.

โœจ When I launched ๐˜š๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ญ๐˜ญ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ด ๐˜ช๐˜ด ๐˜š๐˜ต๐˜ณ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ฆ๐˜จ๐˜บ, it wasnโ€™t just about starting a podcast. It was about rebuilding...From the inside out.

This photo is me building out the inside of our barn with my husband. Safety glasses on, dust everywhere, no blueprintโ€ฆ just a vision, some trust, and a whole lot of presence....and patience...lol.

And honestly? That is exactly what creating this podcast felt like.

Itโ€™s messy. Itโ€™s vulnerable. Itโ€™s not perfectly polished or planned.
But itโ€™s mine and itโ€™s from my heart.

For a long time, I shaped myself to match the room I was in.
Business partnerships, friendships, even my own marriageโ€ฆ
I did not realize I was borrowing other peopleโ€™s energy speaking with their voice, moving with their rhythm, dimming or amplifying depending on who I was with.

And I thought that was connection.
I thought I was being supportive.
Until I burned out. Until I broke down. Until I felt like a stranger in my own life.

Learning about my Human Design showed me I wasnโ€™t โ€œtoo muchโ€ or โ€œnot enough.โ€
I was just open. Absorbing. Amplifying.
And I did not yet know how to stay rooted in me.

๐™Ž๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ก๐™ก๐™ฃ๐™š๐™จ๐™จ ๐™ž๐™จ ๐™Ž๐™ฉ๐™ง๐™–๐™ฉ๐™š๐™œ๐™ฎ was born from that reclamation.
From my decision to stop performing, stop wearing a mask and start guiding.
From learning how to feel safe in stillness, trust my inner knowing, and speak my own truth.

And this guy in the photo? ๐Ÿพ
He is one of my greatest tools for presence.
Walks in nature with him remind me to be in my own energy...leisurely mornings and taking it slow remind me there is no rush....only if I create it.
