This weekend at the Super Elite Invitational this team showed exactly what it means to compete with heart, grit, and pride.

After a tough 8-0 loss on Saturday to the eventual undefeated champions Alabama Select, we were pushed into an early Sunday start in the losers bracket—but this team doesn’t back down. The Angels came out on fire, battling through four straight back to back games with determination and relentless energy. Their run ended in the Final Four with a 10-7 loss against a strong Oklahoma squad, but not without leaving everything they had on the field. Ended the weekend at 5-3 with a 4th place finish!

Anyone who’s watched this team this spring knows—when they’re locked in, they’re a force. They play with passion, they trust each other, and they compete at a level that’s hard to match.

We don’t just play the game—we learn, we grind, and we grow stronger every single time we step on the field.

This weekend, the Houston Angels 2036 were cooking, racking up 42 runs with 11 against while going undefeated in pool and bracket play 4-0 before the rain ended the tournament early. These girls have been outstanding in recent appearances, gearing up for major summer tournaments! Next stop - Ruston LA for the Super Elite Invitational!
