Thrilled to be back home in Lagos for our 2nd annual Queens of the Continent x Basketball Africa League Camp with 30 of the most talented young women’s basketball players in Nigeria… and WOW. These girls brought it!! 🔥

The talent. The energy. The joy. The confidence. And most of all, the DREAMS.

Getting to spend time with these young women, hear their stories, learn about their hopes and watch them hoop… it just fills my heart. I see so much of myself in them.

This is exactly why we created Queens of the Continent. Because Africa has NEVER lacked talent. It’s everywhere. Sometimes all that’s needed is an opportunity, someone to believe in you and a chance to be seen.

And these girls deserve ALL of that and more. ❤️

I came here hoping to pour into them, but somehow they always pour right back into me.

African basketball… watch out, we are JUST getting started. ✊🏿

Update: We are moving from our downtown LA studios and it has me in my feels! 🤍 For the last 5+ years it has truly felt like home.

From my walks to the big board, Perk’s bark 🤣 to commercial break buckets… I loved every inch of this place! Here’s to the next chapter — many more shows, new memories and all the goodness still to come! ✨
