New Year 2024 nutrition program!
Hi! As you probably already know- I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I currently work full time as ClinicalDietitian, but my passion for teaching healthy habits and disease prevention has inspired me to launch the 2024 New Year’s Nutrition Program.
This program focuses on weight loss and offers personalized guidance and support from a Registered Dietitian, available both online and in-person. The program consists of an initial meeting and four follow-up sessions, where individuals will receive tailored macronutrient guidelines.
This program includes informative materials on macronutrients and their role in overall health. A resource guide covers meal preppin, portion control, and considers not only nutrition but also factors like physical activity, sleep, and stress management.
