Motivation left. Discipline stayed. Consistency took over. 🙏🏽🔥. I went to bed late, got up EARLY, and by the time training rolled around this evening… I was TIRED. 😩
And trust me, I had every excuse ready to skip.
But FIRST PLACE isn’t built on excuses. 🥇
So I showed up. I did what was on the plan—even when I didn’t feel like it.
My coach got me through strength training. 💪🏽
And ratchet music got me through cardio. 😂🔥
Some days you need motivation. Other days, you just need DISCIPLINE and the right playlist.

Prep 2026 When you actually listen to your coach things are much easier. I haven’t been eating breakfast before we train and It felt like it took everything out of me to get through legs. If you have a great coach Kash Guidry like I do EVERYthing they tell you has a legitament purpose. Today’s leg day I felt strong and like I could push harder now that I have created a schedule that gives me time to eat and let it settle before training in the morning.
Oh and sometimes when they aren’t trying to kill you in a leg workout they bring you a coffee. Thanks again Coach!
