What do I like to do in between shows? Running. I only do stairs or walking on an incline for daily cardio which is perfect for me to do a half.
Who else always has something on the calendar to keep them motivated?

Just to remind me of how much cardio I have to do each day just to burn a portion of these snacks I was eating.

From a side pose I don’t naturally have glutes that pop which will give the illusion of a smaller waist and additional tone in the legs. Slight tweak and big difference.
