We are proud to announce Flint Wallace joining the program — a leader whose experience spans every level of the game and whose impact on pitchers is built on results, development, and long-term success.

A former Texas All-State pitcher, two-time MLB Draft pick, and TCU graduate, Flint brings four seasons of professional playing experience and over 25 years of coaching and player development. Most recently, he served as Coordinator of Pitching Strategies for the Colorado Rockies, shaping arms at the highest level of the game.

This isn’t just about knowledge — it’s about standards.

From high school prospects to professional athletes, his track record is built on one thing: helping pitchers maximize their strengths, sharpen their mindset, and compete with purpose every time they step on the mound.
