Feeling behind in your fitness goals now that summer has arrived? Don't worry, you're not alone!
Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do when this happens is simply:
👉 start small
👉 stay consistent
👉 keep showing up imperfectly
It only takes 1-2 classes per week to notice a difference in your strength & confidence.
One thing I think adults often forget:
You’re allowed to do things just because they make you feel happy and alive again 💫
Sometimes a healthy movement routine can simply be:
✨ fun
✨ expressive
✨ confidence-building
✨ stress relief
✨ community
Watching new students realize they’re safer and more capable than they thought is one of the best parts of teaching.

A few things intro students have said recently:
🌟 “I had more fun than I thought I would.”
🌟 “Everyone is so welcoming, supportive, and patient.”
🌟 “This was such a fun break after a stressful day at work.”
And honestly…that’s exactly the environment I hoped to create.
✔️You do not need experience to start.
✔️You do not need to “already be fit.”
✔️You do not need to know what you’re doing.
You just need a willingness to try something new ✨

A reminder that you do not have to:
• be in shape
• feel confident
• have flexibility
• stay perfectly consistent
• “keep up”
• look like everyone else
…to come back to movement 🩰
One of my students recently shared:
“Life happened. I got off-track and really lost myself for a while. But walking back into class felt so encouraging and welcoming.”
That matters to me more than tricks.
I want Embodi to feel like a place where people can return to themselves again ✨

Honestly…this is one of my favorite kinds of feedback 🖤
Not everyone is looking for intense workout regimens or a focus on results or perfection.
Sometimes people just need:
✨ movement
✨ laughter
✨ confidence
✨ stress relief
✨ supportive humans
✨ something that feels good again
That’s the energy I hope people feel when they walk into Embodi ✨
