Sometimes the biggest changes are in how we treat others and this is that case. Not that there was poor behavior before but in this specific case there was a very noticeable growth in extending kindness consistently where it wasn’t always before. Super proud to observe this kind of behavior on a consistent basis. Congratulations bud, well deserved.

ATTENTION: Members & General Public

We were recently offered an advertising method that uses a person’s physical location to push advertising directly to their personal device.

We refused.

We do not support this methodology.

If someone walks into a grocery store, restaurant, school, church, or any other business, we do not believe that gives anyone the right to use your location to follow you and push advertising onto your phone or further into your private life.

We can advertise. We want people to know who we are and what we offer. But we will not trade Respect for Reach, and we will not use technology simply because it gives us the ability to intrude further into someone’s private space.

At Deo Gloria Jiu-Jitsu, respect and self-control are not slogans.

They are our standards.

We will not participate in advertising methods or technology built around tracking where people go.

Yes, we recognize there is some irony in posting this on Facebook. 😂 There is still a line somewhere. This is where we draw ours

Fall Homeschool Athletics Hugo

Our second session of Homeschool Athletics

Our first session gave homeschool students an opportunity to train together while developing broader physical capability through structured athletic training and Jiu-Jitsu foundations.

Students work on coordination, balance, mobility, body control, spatial awareness, reaction, adaptability, and problem-solving.

We are proud to officially announce that we will be launching our New Member Business Spotlight program.

Many of the people we train alongside every week are also business owners, tradesmen, professionals, and entrepreneurs serving the communities we call home.

We want to show our support by showcasing them and their businesses with all of you.

Periodically, we’ll feature a business owned and operated by a member of our academies and give you an opportunity to learn more about the people and businesses within our Jiu-Jitsu community.

This is simply one more way we can support the people who build our community.
