This week I decided to go back in time to dishes I ate growing up as a child. This next one is chicken and dumplings. Our family loved this dish as kids and more so now as adults. This will be the first time I’ve made this dish since I was In college. Love reliving old memories through food love and

FLAN for the win. Decided to make a special dessert to share with my kitchen family.

Tonight I took a nostalgic boxed helper meal and re-created it with fresh ingredients for tonight’s dinner. Cheeseburger macaroni shells. I have to say it tasted better than what remembered. It’s been so long since I have actually had the original boxed version but knowing how easy and tasty this version is I highly doubt I will ever be convinced to go back to the box. Total cook time including prep was less than 30 minutes. Win win for a quick delicious meal for anyone. Was heavily praised by my household. Fresh is best. I think I’ll be re-creating more of these in the future. Any suggestions?

A cold winter night requires some good old comfort food. I decided to make my version of a chicken pot pie but enough to feed everyone and have leftovers for tomorrow. ❤️ 💕

Decided to elevate a classic breakfast burger by using a glazed donut and adding a hash brown. It was everything I was hoping it would be.
