The HOA will be hosting a community meeting with Officer Choice from The Huntersville Police Department along with the Officer that patrols our neighborhood.
Mayor Clark will be in attendance and all town commissioners have been invited.

This will be a Q&A meeting regarding neighborhood safety. As a result of the shooting in Greenfarm and general safety concerns in the neighborhood.

Fellow Hamptons residents:

A four story, 244 unit apartment complex is being proposed directly adjacent to our neighborhood on Sam Furr Rd. We as a community need to band together to work with town government to secure the best possible outcome for our neighborhood concerning this proposed development. Traffic congestion, safety and security, watershed and dry pond impact, privacy, noise, major tree removal, and quality of life impact during and after construction are a few of the concerns we must address.

SAVE THE DATE for next Monday July 18, Town Hall Meeting, and Tuesday July 19, informational meeting with town planners. Both meetings will be at Town Hall at 6 PM. More information to follow.
