Attention all anglers planning on fishing the tournament Thursday evening. The start will be sent off in flights of 10. The order that you enter will be your boat number . Each boat will be given a ticket for door prizes. Food will be before tournament and after tournament while supplies last. Sign ups will start at 4:00pm at the blue tent by the ramp. Results from week #26 : well tonight was rap on the regular season week 26 wow what long season it was. First place and big fish winners tonight is no stranger to the podium on Thursday evening at beech fork. Congratulations to Kenny Mcsweeney and Kyle Raines on first place and big fish of 4.87lbs. Second place is no stranger as well Mr Terry Adkins on second place this evening. The SVHS bass fishing team appreciates each and everyone who came out to fish with us this season we truly appreciate you all very much. I would like to say a special thank you to those who helped me all season put these tournaments on. Mike Gissel , Greg Sowder , Kenny Mcsweeney. A big shout out to Tom and Tim Spence they are our regulars you could say tom and Tim has fished with us for years and they last 3 seasons has never missed a Thursday evening tournament that’s 26 tournaments a season. Thank you for your support ( as I would call them ) the Spence boys. Thank you to Chris Malone marine , Brad Taylor & Boarders sporting goods. Next tournament is the fall classic next Thursday at beech fork marina paying $600 to win , $300 for big fish ( cash payout ) . Thank you everyone for your support. 🎣🐟

The 2026 Spring Valley High School Bass Fishing Team Fall Classic is almost here — Thursday, October 1 at Beech Fork Marina.

Presented by Wallace Smith Fishing, Malone’s Marine, Richwood Industries, and Kingdom Steel.
Quick rules:
• Take-off is 6:00 p.m. sharp
• Due in at 9:00 p.m. — weigh-in starts at 9:10 p.m.
• 3-fish limit, 12” minimum
• No dead fish will be weighed
• Courtesy measurement available before weigh-in begins
• Fish under 12” = 1 lb penalty
• No fishing inside the marina buoys
• 2 persons max per boat
• Live wells will be checked before you launch
• All state and federal laws apply
• If you are fishing the tournament, Beech Fork Lake is off-limits Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday the week of the event
$40 entry

Results and pictures from the Bass nation of wv HS tournament at summersville lake. Practice day Saturday was pretty nice day and then Sunday Mother Nature decided she wanted to play and it rained all day the kids and boat coaches are sure tough to get up at 4:30 and 5 am at dark and head to the lake to fish 8 hours in the rain but all 5 boats SVHS were entered stuck it out all day and all 5 boats weighed in fish. We was very proud to say the least. Great job kids and boat coaches.

10 days and counting ! Just a few rules for the SVHS bass fishing team , Wallace smith , Malones marine, Richwood industries & kingdom steel 2026 fall classic at beech fork marina. Take off is 6pm sharp due in at 9pm weigh in at 9:10pm , 3 fish limit, no dead fish will be weighed in , 12” min size limit, you may ask for a courtesy measurement before weigh in starts , no fishing in side of the marina buoys , if you are fishing the tournament the lake is off limits on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday the week of the tournament, all state and federal laws apply, any fish brought to the scales under 12” will be a 1 pound penalty, 2 persons max per boat , live wells will be checked before you launch . Free food and drinks will be provided while supplies last compliments of the SVHS bass fishing team.  lots of door prizes hope to see everyone out at the fall classic.
