Push ups are challenging for anyone but theyโre especially challenging for women. The best way to build push up strength is to start from the most regressed version you can complete with proper form and slowly build from there. Rome wasnโt built in a day, ladies. Building chest strength takes time, but I promise it will come! Keep at it!!
