Push ups are challenging for anyone but theyโ€™re especially challenging for women. The best way to build push up strength is to start from the most regressed version you can complete with proper form and slowly build from there. Rome wasnโ€™t built in a day, ladies. Building chest strength takes time, but I promise it will come! Keep at it!!
