IT’S TOURNAMENT WEEKEND! 🥎

The Valley Girls 8U & 9U teams are officially ready to take the field for their first tournaments of the season.

Two teams. Two locations. One Valley Girls family.

This weekend marks the beginning of a brand new season for these girls, and we couldn’t be more excited to watch them take everything they’ve been working on to the field! From learning new positions and building fundamentals to learning how to compete together as a team — this is where the fun begins!

8U Valley Girls — headed to Boyd County, KY
9U Valley Girls — headed to Mt. Sterling, KY

These girls have put in the work. Now it’s time to play ball!

New teams. New season. Same Valley Girls pride. 💙🥎

Today, our 8U & 9U Valley Girls had the chance to design softball journals!

We believe being mentally tough is just as important as being physically tough. That’s why we’re focused on developing the whole player — not just stronger arms, faster feet, and better swings, but confident, resilient athletes who know how to handle the mental side of the game, too.

After each practice, the girls will have a writing prompt to reflect on their practice, their mindset, their goals, and their growth.

Because great players aren’t built in just one part of the game. We’re developing athletes from the inside out.
