Who We Are
Battle of the badges is an amateur boxing event featuring 2 teams of local Law Enforcement, Firefighters & EMS Services from Walker County and Surrounding Areas.
All badges are welcome to participate.
- All Boxers must register with USA Boxing to participate
- All bouts are 3 rounds (1 minute round, 1 minute break)
- Head Gear, Groin Protectors & Mouthpieces worn at all times
- Gloves provided by USA Boxing Gulf Association and will be 16oz. for all boxers, regardless of weight, for safety purposes
- All bouts matched upon weight, age & USA Boxing experience
- All boxers will be provided the opportunity to train at registered USA Boxing gyms
