A complicated exercise to master is the Romanian Deadlift. When done correctly this is an amazing exercise for building strength in the hamstring! This is shown with a barbell but can be easily transfer to the use of dumbbells or no weights at all (which should be the starting point if you've never done them before)

Could you imagine a rollercoaster that only went up? No, that’s impossible! So why do you think that is how your health and fitness journey needs to be? There will be ups and downs and that’s called real life. Things happen, injuries happen, kids happen, chaos happens, emotional eating happens (both happy and sad) and just because these things happen doesn’t make you a bad person, it makes you human. You have to understand that so that you can move past that stigma.
The lift hill of a rollercoaster is that slow beginning part right before the crazy fun happens. We will call that the beginning of the journey. Though it is slow and takes a lot longer than you want it to, you are progressing. Just like the rollercoaster, the beginning part is crucial because it sets you up for the future. In the beginning stages there are a few things that are important.
1. A good coach makes the world of difference, literally a good coach can change your world
2. Learning about yourself through self awareness speeds up the process
