Here’s a little down town Savannah photo dump. This beautiful gem of a city has history rooted in Revolutionary War, Civil War, piracy, it has culture, art, and it’s even the most haunted city in the US 👻 I miss living here, but I know if I move back I’d miss Chattanooga.

It was nice to pay my old stamping grounds a visit! had recently relocated and grown since I’ve been here, which, oddly and coincidentally enough, is much like what my current CrossFit gym did. 😁 I did a brutal Murph prep workout.

Carolina Reaper Chicken Tender
Italian Redneck Sandwich. Take a French baguette bread, spread garlic butter evenly on each slice, cook on a pan on medium to high heat for 2 min until it gets nice and toasty. Put the pulled pork on it evenly and dip in bbq sauce or marinara sauce. 😋
