What a fantastic weekend, at the Yellowstone Cup. Year after year UVSF puts on a great tournament. It was fun to see all the local and regional clubs competing hard!

Our U16G were able to repeat their success from last year's run. They had to overcome a very solid Rigby JYSA 2010G team who had bested them earlier in the weekend. The fought hard to the last minute in a 3-3 tie, being decided on PKs.

Great job, girls, on a well-earned medal!

Our U16 girls competed in the Idaho Directors Cup this weekend. They finished with a 3-1 record and won their final game in a 2-2 comeback, winning in penalties 4-2.

Our U17 and U16 girls competed with fantastic success this weekend at the Las Vegas Mayor’s Cup and played at a high level all tournament long.

They handled the pressure, the pace, and the spotlight the right way. It was a great experience, and they represented our club with confidence and composure.

The biggest win was the launch of our College Pipeline Program, the first program of its kind in Idaho Falls.

We had over 18 colleges at our games specifically to watch players from our teams. Within days, multiple coaches reached out after seeing them play. This did not happen by accident. This was because of the girls' work off the field.

The steps they are taking right now are critical learning patterns that will serve them long after soccer is done. This is bigger than a tournament. It is about growth, ownership, and learning how to create opportunity.

We are so proud of your efforts. This is just the beginning.
