We went back in time yesterday!

Thanks for the memories - our favorite things!

It's been a hectic four days at Gen Con! Our Kid Zone was hopping from morning to evening - and we hope each and every one of you had just as amazing of a time as we did!

It's good to be back in our own home and our own routines, but the time we spend with our Convention families is something we look forward to every time. We love seeing your faces as you grow.

And thank you - to our volunteers, who gave up part of their Con to keep us running smoothly. To our GMs, who are endlessly creative and always willing to step in for one more table. And to you - the adults who stepped in and restocked glue guns and ribbons, picked up markers, showed us grace and patience when everyone came in at the top of the hour. Your kids see you helping, and they will remember that too. Thank you for being there, and for sharing your amazing Motley Kids with us for a few days!

Come play with us! We have all sorts of new things today - and some old left over - as well as My First RPG on the hour.

Tonight's end-of-day Stuffies and Stories party is listed as sold out ( you can always bring your own Stuffy for free) - BUT we found some extra Stuffies, so you can also bring some (6) Generic Tickets for an on-site upgrade while supplies last!

Paint, glitter, hot glue, and spray tie dye wings...these are a few of today's favorite things!

'Twas the night before Gen Con, and all through the room
Not a crafter was stirring, but wait - very soon

These tables will bustle with children galore
Who'll tap into sequins and feathers and more

We'll decorate dragon wings, make pointed hats
And play games with heroes and wizards and cats

And here in this room we'll find laughter and chatter
With new friends and old in a place where kids matter

Away down the corridors fly like a flash
And find us in Wabash 2 - don't be abashed

Convention kids welcome! Just bring your adult
And mix up a potion, or open a vault

Make magic and mischief and sparkles and smiles
We'll open for mayhem at nine on the dial!

And we hope you'll explore all the fun things we do -
And see Gen Con is awesome - because it has you!

Sunday was super hectic for us! I didn't have a lot of time to run around and take pictures, but we saw you all smiling.

Thank you so much for an amazing Gen Con! We'll see you next year!

Aliens (although we did not anticipate the scale of the alien invasion! Thank you for your grace and flexibility while we recharged and then ran out of containment beads) and steampunk toppers and minis and gnome abodes and an undersea walk in our octopus's garden!
