OneAmerica Tower It is the second tallest building in Indiana, has its own zip code, and is the headquarters for OneAmerica, a financial services company.
OneAmerica Tower is a 38-story Class A commercial office building located in beautiful downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, just northeast of the State Capital. The tower is owned by OneAmerica, and is currently managed by Cassidy Turley. The Tower was opened for occupancy in 1982, is constructed with a glass and limestone exterior facade, and was designed by Skidmore Owings Merrill (SOM) of Chicago. A
