911 Dance Fitness will be hosting group dance fitness on the Fishers Nickle Plate Amphitheater this summer on the following Saturday mornings: July 18th, August 15th, and September 19th from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

Answer the call to move to fire music! This class offers an instructor-led group dance fitness class featuring a music-driven workout with choreographed routines designed to improve cardiovascular health, coordination, and overall fitness. Led by an energetic and fun instructor, the class blends both higher- and lower-energy songs and is mostly low-impact, making it accessible and enjoyable for all experience levels. Participants should dress appropriately for warm weather, wear comfortable athletic shoes, and bring water and a towel to stay hydrated and comfortable throughout the session.
*Participants must sign a waiver to participate.

I am trying to my hardest to get everything done so I can hold a few classes outside this fall! If not, then I will definitely be ready in the spring. Life is busy as it is, and then try to add a new business to the mix! So many administrative things to accomplish, which takes time and $$$! But, once I get started, I won't stop, and you'll love it.

Happy Saturday! This is still happening, but I need a few more weeks, so the target date of June 30th will be pushed out a bit! I promise, once I get this all organized, we will be good to go! I still have to create my emergency plan, get waivers in place, get posters created for the waivers, secure liability insurance and music licensing, and get choreo together and organized, and a few more miscellaneous things! There's more to this than you'd probably imagine, and life is already busy! But this is important to me so it will get one, and I really think the community will enjoy it!

June 30th is the target date for my first class, and it'll probably be at Holliday Park. I hired a graphic designer to create my logo, excited to see it! I'll keep you posted!

Happy Sunday! I was driving around yesterday, and I saw a sign at Holliday Park for outdoor yoga, so this made me happy. We have at least one spot for outdoor dance fitness! Indianapolis Parks never responded to me, so I'm just going to do it and see what happens.
Thank you for being patient with me. I also do grazing tables, vegetable platters, and fruit platters on the side for friends and family as gifts, and I have a grazing table coming up next Sunday for a friend, so I've been focusing on that. Next week, I will put together my emergency plan, obtain liability insurance and music licensing, and have all of my emergency supplies and equipment together, and then we can get started.
I am also CPR/AED certified as well.

You guys, I am so excited about getting started. We are going to have such a blast! I have so many ideas in store to not only work on our own fitness, but I also have so many ideas of how we can help bring sunshine to our community, especially to those who are struggling.
