Good Morning friends. Update:
I started week #3 in Kenosha this week. Finally getting some key access to protected/secure areas and finding a groove at this pretty amazing Lilly plant. Thank you for the prayers and well-wishes❣️-T

After almost 12 & 1/2 years working as a contractor for Eli Lilly and Company via Virtusa & Apparatus at the HQ in Indianapolis, IN, those days have come to and end. I was blessed to work with some really great people. Definitely some of the smartest people I've been teamed up with. I wish them and those teams the best.
What's next?
Funny you should ask. My company, Cornerstone Leadership Group LLC, has contracted directly with another contract holder in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin to assist with the transition of a new Eli Lilly manufacturing site. I'll be spending much of the next year in Wisconsin, assisting, learning, and leading with this new multi billion dollar expansion:
