A few years ago this place opened up less than a half mile from my home, right next to a Lousiana Fried Chicken...go figure. From the moment I walked through those doors Coach Michael extended the greatest of hospitality, insight, and encouragement. I got to see people of the Inglewood community grow stronger physically and mentally into better versions of themselves. And I wouldn't be honest if I didnt admit to the pride I felt seeing soooo many strong black and brown sistas transform themselves into the best version of who they can be. This community is made better by what you've done for it Coach, and I pray for your influence and success in changing lives to continue to bolster the Inglewood Community.

Bear Complex on a Saturday morning. I really love this complex, because the time under tension helps to build muscle and burn calories. Plus, it helps to reinforce some of the barbell movements with do in CF. Bear Complex is a Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press.
