No yoga experience is required. Just bring your mat and a book of your choice (reading is optional, relaxation is guaranteed!).

What a weekend! Huge, heartfelt thanks to everyone who rolled out their mats this past Saturday at True North Ale Company to stretch, sip, and snuggle with these sweet rescues! 🐶🍻

Because of your amazing support, we were able to raise critical funds for the incredible team at Sweet Paws Rescue, helping them continue their mission of saving and rehoming pups in need. ❤️

Highlights of the Day:

🐾 The "Helpful" Yoga Assistants: Puppies deciding our mats were actually wrestling rings (and completely stealing the show).

🍻 Zen Level: 10/10, mostly thanks to puppy cuddles and post-yoga brews.

💓 The Real Winners: The rescue pups who got endless love, belly rubs, and socialization!
