Studio updates! Thankful for all my peeps who put in their sweat equity to make this place happen. The interior is almost finished. Waiting for the final touches. The exterior will be done this week. Signs will be going up soon. I’m currently working on the schedule and pricing.

My latest column in the The Ironton Tribune came out this weekend. I’m finally opening up about my mental health issues and post-partum depression. Thank you all for the support and uplifting messages, especially the fathers who’ve said it has allowed them to understand and appreciate what their wives go through after having a baby. Much love! It’s not often you get to combine two things you love into one powerful class! Here’s a little sample of some of the poses and strength moves I like to incorporate into my HIIT Yoga Flex class. Add a few yogi plyometrics and we kill it! Classes are 9am on Mondays and 5:45pm on Tuesdays at
You see it often, people rushing through their reps just to get it done! Big mistake. One thing I’ve always tried to emphasize with my clients is to be aware of the muscles you’re working with each rep. It’s basically flexing the muscles against the tension of the lift. It will help recruit the entire muscle and help facilitate strength as you lengthen and contract the muscles. Don’t waste your time, maximize your time.
