Iβve been teaching PiYo for over 3 years now and the truth is Iβm ALWAYS nervous to post videos of my favorite sections.
I play the comparison game hard and there are always a million things I can pick myself apart for.
The fact of the matter is there is always going to be someone better then me. There is always going to be someone more flexible who will look more graceful then I do and that is OK
As long as I am bringing MY BEST to my classes each and every day and spreading the positivity, motivation and then I am doing my job.
So hereβs to accepting where we are in this moment, not comparing ourselves to others and striving to leave everyone we come into contact with a little bit better π
Oh and if you want a killer workout that leaves you sweating, soar and feeling more flexible, give this a try. Just slow it down, repeat it 3 times leading with the right and then again leading with the left.

I realized recently that I haven't actually shared some of the exciting things that I've been up to. This right here is one of those things.
Back in January I attended an AMAZING training in NYC with the incredible . It was a full day of sweat, laughs, weights, cardio, lessons, training and at the end in was certified as an official p90x instructor πͺ
Since then I've been practicing my b***y off (not literally, its actually getting bigger π) and have started teaching 4 times a week!
Now don't get me wrong, I still LOVE PiYo and plan on teaching it forever. But being able to offer a variety of classes to my clients and incorporating weight training into my own schedule is incredible.
They say changing up your workouts and confusing your muscles is key to success and I'm all about those results. Hello summer ππ» I'm coming for ya!

Truth: I've missed a few too many workouts the past 2+ weeks
Truth: with the holiday, I only taught 3 PiYo classes last week
Truth: my eating habits have been as inconsistent as my workouts
Truth: I'm feeling a little fluffy and NOT my personal best
Truth: I'M GOING TO BE BETTER!
Started my morning off with a killer PiYo workout this morning and I've got a kick b***y workout planned for this afternoon!
