-Winter Fire Safety Reminder:

Clear Fire Hydrants

With 12" of snow expected tonight, fire hydrants can quickly become buried and difficult to locate during emergencies.

Why it matters:
Fire trucks carry limited water. During a fire, firefighters need immediate access to hydrants. A snow-covered hydrant can waste precious minutes that could mean the difference between saving a home or losing it.

Consider Helping:
If you have a hydrant near your property, clearing it takes just a few minutes. Check on elderly neighbors or those with medical conditions who may need assistance clearing hydrants near their homes.

On July 20th, our explorers are hosting another car wash! Come back out and support your explorers and get your car squeaky clean! The car wash is from 9am - 1pm.
