Washington County Parks & Trails held a grand opening/ribbon cutting Sunday for the new Progressive Skills Area Presented by Briohn Building Corporation at the Heritage Trails Mountain Biking Park after much planning and building by Dirt Wave Design and the Heritage Trails MTB Metro Mountain Bikers.
