“Attending the CCS Student-Athlete Advisory Committee Conference in Huntsville, Alabama was an incredible opportunity to connect with student-athletes from across the Collegiate Conference of the South. Through meaningful discussions, we collaborated on ways to improve our institutions, strengthen campus involvement, and create greater connections between athletics and our communities. One of the most rewarding experiences was volunteering at the National Youth Track & Field Championships, where we had the privilege of serving young athletes from all over the country. This conference reminded me that leadership extends far beyond competition it is about service, collaboration, and making a positive impact on those around us.”
