Next time you’re craving a snack between meals, reach for your water bottle instead! If plain water isn’t your favorite, try adding some fresh fruit or herbs for added flavor!

Hydration is critical for brain function. Boost brain power by keeping your body properly hydrated. Add to your daily fluid intake by including water-rich fruits and vegetables to your meals, such as watermelon, lettuce, and celery.

It is important to drink plenty of fluids (preferably water) year-round, not just in the warmer summer months. Did you know proper hydration can increase energy levels? Every cell and organ in your body needs water to function properly. Staying hydrated before, during, and after physical activity is especially important in order to replenish the fluids lost through sweat.
