🥎 Let’s talk about Emma Grosshans #2!

Emma may be new to the team, but she’s certainly not new to us!

She tried out midseason last year, earned her spot, and drove to multiple tournaments just to show up for her team. THAT is dedication. ❤️

Since then, she’s practiced with us, put in the work, and the improvement across the board has been HUGE in such a short amount of time!

And guess what? She’s just getting started. I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for her!

This weekend, she played 2nd base, shortstop, and left field — and she just WENT FOR IT. Every. Single. Time.

The throwdowns, the baserunners, stepping into the batter’s box… she showed up ready to compete.
She even took a hit to the ankle, walked it off like it was nothing, and kept going. 💪

🥎 7 at bats
🥎 2 hits
🥎 3 RBIs
🥎 2 walks
🥎 100% stolen bases

Emma, keep showing up, keep putting in the work, and keep believing in yourself. Your dedication is already shining through, and we’re just getting started!

LET’S GO, EMMA! #2 🔥🥎❤️

🥎 HERE COMES AMELIA CHEYNE #14! 🥎

WOAH, GIRL! ❤️ First off, WELCOME to HangTuf and welcome to competitive travel ball!

To say you came in with confidence is an understatement! You have literally been a SPONGE to everything we’ve worked on at practice, and this weekend, it SHOWED!

You played first base like you’ve been there for YEARS! You showed up for your TEAM, stepped into the batter’s box with confidence, and stole plenty of bases! You had me feeling like you’ve been playing with me for years already!

🔥 LET’S TALK ABOUT THOSE STATS! 🔥

🥎 8 at-bats
🥎 2 hits
🥎 3 RBIs
🥎 7 runs scored
🥎 ZERO strikeouts
🥎 11 stolen bases
🥎 100% fielding average at first base!

EVERYTHING that was asked of you on the field this weekend, you took on with pride, confidence, and a willingness to learn.

Couldn’t ask for more!

Amelia, we see you! We see the hard work, the dedication, and how much you’re soaking up every single thing we teach you. Your hard work is already paying off, and GIRL, we are just getting started!

Welcome to the family! We’re so excited to watch you grow, develop, and continue to surprise yourself with what you can accomplish.

The future is bright, #14! ❤️🥎

🥎 LET’S TALK ABOUT SOFIA BLEVINS #4! 🩷

WOW. The improvement. The heart. The dedication. That burning look in her eyes that shows just how much she LOVES this game. 🔥

Sofia caught ALL 4 games this weekend, and let me tell you… THE BEAST CAME ALIVE! 💪

📊 32 chances in the field.
🥎 31 putouts.
💥 1 assist.

The throwdowns. The chases. The aggressive plays that left runners stranded on the bases. The confidence behind the plate. ALL OF IT is coming together!

Three years in, and we are finally seeing the Sofia who has been training relentlessly, putting in the work, and trusting the process.

And OH, HER BATTING! 😂🔥

Just poking those balls right to the fence and outfield, then stealing bases like it’s her job! (90% of them, to be exact! 🏃‍♀️💨)

This is what happens when hard work meets heart, confidence, and a whole lot of determination.

Sofia, we see you. We see the hours, the growth, the hustle, and the love you bring to this game. Keep showing up, keep working, and keep being YOU!

LET’S GO, GIRL! WE ARE JUST GETTING STARTED!!! 🥎💪🩷

⚡️ SHOUTOUT TO HAYVIN PONIATOWSKI #22! ⚡️

WHAT. A. DAY. 🔥🥎

Hayvin came in to pitch today, and to say she showed up and accomplished something special would be an UNDERSTATEMENT!

This girl has only ever pitched ONE inning before. This year, we brought in a pitching coach for one of our practices, and she’s been putting in the work, showing up, and trusting the process.

Today, she took that work to the field and gave us a performance to be proud of!

📊 TODAY’S NUMBERS:

* 209 pitches thrown 🫣
* 20 STRIKEOUTS 🔥
* 14 runners left on base
* 46 batters faced

From one inning of experience to stepping into this moment and battling for her team. THAT is what putting in the work looks like!

We’re not here for shortcuts. We’re here for growth, dedication, and earning every single opportunity.

This year will be E A R N E D. ⚡️

Proud of you, Hayvin! Keep working, keep believing, and keep being YOU! ❤️💙

🎃 FIRST TOURNAMENT OF THE SEASON! 🥎

3 returning girls from last year and a brand-new group of ladies joining this team, ready to learn OUR way of doing things.

A few practices in, and here we are!

We played our hearts out and came up just short in the International Tie-Breaker — something only 3 of our girls had ever experienced before.

But that’s softball. It happens. And we learn from it.

We left with rings 💍, smiles, a smashed pumpkin 🎃, memories, a stronger team bond than we came in with, and a game plan for the future.

Honestly, I couldn’t ask for a better group of kids. Every single one of them stayed positive, supported each other, and is already ready for MORE!

This is just the beginning. We’re building something special, one practice, one game, and one experience at a time.

Proud of this group. Proud of the work. Proud of the way we showed up.

The season is just getting started, and we’re just getting warmed up! 🔥

We are headed to the Championship game! Super proud of these girls 💪🥎🤘
