Join Flipper’s Diving Owner Matt Myers for an interactive evening workshop:
-Learn proper use of spearguns, pole spears, and lionfish hunting equipment
-Discover effective spearfishing tactics tailored to North Florida waters
-Gain insights from real-world commercial spearfishing experience

Day 2 – Sunday September 20th (Full Day)
Offshore Spearfishing Expedition
Aboard the R/V Explorer for a full-day guided dive experience:
-3-tank dive charter with Nautical Divers
-Limited to 6 divers + crew for a personalized experience
-Dive sites carefully selected, high-action spearfishing locations
-Receive in-water and onboard coaching from Matt Myers

Participant Requirements
To ensure safety and quality of experience, participants must have:
Advanced Open Water Certification
Nitrox Certification
DAN Diving Insurance
Valid Florida saltwater fishing license
Minimum of 30 total logged dives, 10 boat dives
No prior spearfishing experience required

$425 Per Diver
*tanks, weights, diving or spearing equipment not included.

We had 4 new spearos and 2 workshop graduates join us for an evening of instruction and a full day offshore aboard the R/V Explorer with Nautical Divers. Lookout... we've now got a crew of qualified spearos ready to slay the fish and fill the coolers! These 4 divers absolutely "killed it" offshore... from hot drops on ledges, free ascents with SMB deployment to hunting and stalking fish and snagging lobster, they will not go hungry!

Have you wanted to learn to spearfish? Perhaps you've started spearfishing and want to up your game? Good news... we got you covered!

Flippers Diving LLC and Nautical Divers LLC have partnered up and are offering an exclusive spearfishing workshop and expedition charter. The workshop is an entire evening of instruction including spearfishing equipment handling and operation, equipment rigging, fish identification and hot drop/free ascent spearfishing dive protocols. We cover it all, top to bottom and then put our skills to the test offshore Jacksonville, Florida aboard the R/V Explorer the following day.

$425 per diver (includes workshop and charter) and all participants receive 10% off all new/in store equipment purchases at Flipper's Diving the week of the workshop. This will be the 3rd of only 5 workshops this season and is limited to only 6 participants. There are a few spots left... so if you want to join, don't wait. Come join us for the Flipper's Diving "Meat Wagon" Spearfishing Expedition!

Only 6 spots available aboard the R/V Explorer with Nautical Divers.

We will be headed offshore Jacksonville to some elite top secret spearfishing and lobster spots. We will target large species reef fish and spiney lobsters.

All divers have the option of tossing $20 cash into the pot, winner takes all for biggest fish of the day!

$325 per diver

3 tank charter (tanks/equipment not included)
Full day trip
Limited to 6 spots + Crew
