Last week in my twenties 😂
I’m starting to slow down a little bit but lil mama wanted to do a ratchet workout today, so here we are. 💪🏾❤️
All exercises are just as my body allows, no counting:
•Barbell Squats
•Tricep Dips
•Incline DB Narrow Press
•Reverse Lunges
•RDL, Squat to Press
•Tension RDLs
HIIT Finisher (Music Tempo Sets)
•Narrow to Wide Bicep Curls, Body Squats, Push-ups
