Today we had 9 people for our Friday morning Base session!!

Today our focus was on form and posterior chain work.

This was a great group and we had some fun this morning. Exercise doesn’t have to always be about working super hard. It should be enjoyable 😎

Success isn’t just measured by numbers on a scale or the weights in your hands. It’s much more than that…
