A familiar face at the Florida Yacht Club! Meet Jack Lockwood, one of our past commodores. We’re grateful for the time and care he’s given to the club and our members over the years ⛵️

Who was around when he was the commodore?

Membership at FYC is about so much more than the pool, tennis, sailing, dining, and waterfront views. It’s the friendships you make, the people you meet, and all the events that give everyone a reason to come together. There’s always something fun happening at the Club! ⚓️

What is your favorite event we have?

⛵ Day 1 of the 2026 Equinox Regatta at FYC!

Optimist and C420 sailors took to the St. Johns River today for a great opening day of racing against the Jacksonville skyline.

Racing continues tomorrow as we wrap up an exciting weekend of youth sailing. Good luck to all of our sailors, and thank you to the coaches, families and volunteers who make it possible!
