The Arise certification process includes a background check, voice assessment and basic online customer service aptitude course, CSP101. Remember, you are interviewing to become a Customer Service Professional that works on the phone, so use your "BEST" phone voice when you take the Voice Assessment. The background check can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days. When asked were you referred to Arise by an Independent Business Owner or current Client Support Professional, select Yes. All steps are completed from your home as quickly as you elect (some successful CSP candidates have accomplished certification in as short a period as 1 day).
