Toltal body conditioning- MON 6:30pm
ZUMBA Tues 6:30pm /Thurs at 6:30pm @ the hockey rink
AQUA ZUMBA Fri at 9:30am @ the SJF pool
ZUMBOOTY (half zumba half bootcamp)Saturdays at 8am @ the hockey rink will resume after the holidays

St Johns Forest Residents
$25 for 5 classes and $7 individual

Non- Residents
$40 for 5 classes and $10 individual
