Hey O-Storm Elite Families!

Tonight is Make-Up Evaluation Night and we’re asking everyone to please arrive ON TIME so we can try to complete both days of evaluations in one night! 🙌

This means if all athletes arrive promptly, we may be able to free up your Saturday completely!

🕔 Please arrive between 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM to receive your evaluation shirt and check in.
👚 Come dressed in full evaluation attire:
• Ponytail with pink, black, or white bow (NO BEADS)
• O-Storm Evaluation Shirt (given at check-in)
• Black shorts, black scrunch/slouch socks, white cheer shoes

💵 Make sure all balances are paid and cleared before evaluations begin.

🚨 Today is Individual Evaluation Day! 🚨
Athletes can arrive anytime between 10 AM and 2 PM.

✅ Please make sure your child is in full evaluation attire:
• Ponytail with pink, black, or white solid bow
• Black shorts, black scrunch/slouch socks, white lightweight shoes
• Sports bra underneath

💰 All evaluation and registration fees are due TODAY:
• Evaluation: $65 per athlete
• Registration: $45 for single / $40 for multiple

🕠 Arrival Time: Please be at the gym by 5:30 PM to start registration paperwork.

🖼️ Don’t forget your wallet-size headshot photo of your athlete! If you’re unable to print one, please DM it to me directly so we can have it ready.

💲 Evaluation Fee: $65 per athlete
(Have more than one child? Speak with Coach T about sibling discounts.)

📍 Thursday, May 29 – Boot Camp (Optional) | $25
• Minis & Tinies (8 & under): 6 PM – 7 PM
• Youth & Up (9+): 7 PM – 8 PM
⏰ Please arrive on time. Sessions will begin and end promptly.

📸 EVALUATION REQUIREMENT
Every athlete must submit a wallet-sized photo.
You can send it to me via message before Friday or bring it with you.
NO PHOTO = NO EVALUATION

Evaluation Fee: $65 (per athlete)
If you have multiple athletes, you should have already spoken to me for adjusted pricing.
