Here’s what you need to do:
- Walk in.
- Ask for a manager.
- Introduce yourself.

1. Know your talking points. Be clear on what your event is, who it’s for, and why they should even care.

2. Tell them about your event, your audience, and the opportunity to get involved.

A big mistake people make is pitching businesses that aren’t a good fit with their audience.

3. Explore ways to work together:
- Products for gift bags
- a giveaway items
- Special promotion for your attendees
If you can, be flexible here.

Go in looking for ways to create a win-win-win partnership for you, the brand and your audience.

Before you leave, get contact information.

Then actually follow up.

Most people either post about their event once and hope, or they go silent until the week before.

For a sold out room I post three to four times a week leading in, then recaps once or twice a week for a month after. That after part is what most hosts skip, and it’s what sells the next event.

The rhythm matters more than any single viral post. When people see the room consistently, the date becomes something they don’t want to miss.

That posting rhythm is what sells my rooms out every month, and it’s mapped step by step in the Bundle.
