After a long time with not much going on, the JU Water Sports club is back! We got about eight people on the water today, and the consensus is that we need probably several Windsurfing clinics to happen soon. Can't wait to get started! Next time, somebody remind me that we need to take some pictures!

We signed up around 15-20 interested new members today at the club fair. Thanks to Davis for doing a marathon shift! Thanks to Kyle, Ben, and Jack for hanging out and making our table look as cool and busy as all the other clubs combined! Now if Irma will just leave us alone...

I hope everyone had a chance to get out and surf this morning! I took Michael Mohler out for his first surf session and he stood up, turned and rode down on his third wave all the way to the beach! Who's next!? Keep your eyes on the forecast, there is a lot of storm activity in the Atlantic. Two good resources to monitor local waves and conditions are 911surfreport.com and swellinfo.com
