Glow with the Flow is not a coordinated event with the city. It is just a fun gathering to round out summer kayaking.
Fitness on the Ferry is your last chance to do your thang thanggggg this summer. Limited spots available so register early if you’d like to be a part of it! All proceeds are going to the ferry and The United Way. Let’s whoop it up Dolly style 🙂 Have a good time and give back to our community.
I can’t wait to sweat my rhinestones off 🤘😂

Three More Sleeps.
Big Gulp.
We dreamed of this the summer of 2022.
Here we go Jennifer Clark!

Some of you have been sweating with me since 2010 (yes... we're all getting older 😅).
I've always loved loud music, dance, lifting heavy, and creating the kind of energy where you leave class feeling like you can conquer anything. That's still who I am. There is nothing quite like motivating a room full of people to discover they are capable of more than they imagined.Over the last 16 years, my classes have changed... because I have changed. Life has a way of changing all of us. After experiencing a significant injury that continues to impact my daily life and athletic performance, I had to learn (Am still learning? It is annoying.) what it meant to rebuild instead of simply push harder. There are exercises I modify now (BUT someday hope to do with great enthusiasm). There are days my body reminds me that healing isn't linear. There are moments I miss what I used to be able to do. However, strength isn't always measured by how much weight you lift or how fast you move—sometimes it's measured by simply showing up and refusing to quit.
This journey has made me a better coach.
I understand what it's like to grieve the things your body used to do while still believing in what it can become. My mission is to help others build strength, confidence, and resilience, regardless of where they're starting. Whether your goal is lifting heavier, moving without pain, improving your health, returning after an injury, or simply finding a community that believes in you, I'm here to coach you every step of the way.
I'm a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with specialty certifications in Dance, Barre, Pilates, Pre/Postnatal Exercise, Babywearing Exercise, and I'm currently working toward my Yoga certification. I know- if you know me, your jaw just dropped at that last one. In my dreams, I am going after corrective exercise as well—2027? (This My Year, This Gon Be My Year?) More than any certification, though, I hope people remember me as someone who believes in them even before they believe in themselves.
Each certification has expanded my ability to coach people of all ages, abilities, and stages of life while keeping movement both effective and sustainable. You'll find me coaching at Anatomy Warehouse in The Vault, where every class is built on my one simple belief: movement is medicine and progress belongs to everyone (hi, I also teach kindergarten).
If you're looking for something a little different (or you’re someone that has crossed every music genre in one class before with me), come join the fun! I'll be dancing alongside Pound Pro Jen Clark on the Stowe Ferry on Wednesday, July 29, for Soundcheck, from 8:30–10:00 PM. In fact, if you remember those days, I probably need you there. Capital N-E-E-D.It's an evening of music, movement, and incredible energy on the water, and we'd love to have you there. You don't have to move perfectly. You just have to start. Come meet me where you are, and together we'll keep building toward where we want to be.
SIGN UP because I’m SCARED to do this again, but I’m going to show up scared:
