Congratulations to Lauren, Cam, and Tom for their well deserved stripes that they received last night. All three of you put in consistent hard work and add so much to our gym family.

Women's Open Mat & Practical Fighting Skills classes are cancelled on 3/15.

You shall not pass (this guard)! ✨ Monday night’s NoGi class kicked off this week’s focus on guard retention. Focusing on frames and movement kept students active and ensured everyone got a great core workout. 💪🏻

In a sport that’s traditionally been male dominated, seeing more women step onto the mat, learn, struggle, laugh, and grow together is something special.

Strong women build strong rooms and strong communities. 🥋🐺 You don’t need strength to start, you just need to be willing to show up and work hard. Our members push each other, grow together, and have fun doing it.

With less than 2 weeks left to prepare for their matches on March 15, Jake and Garet are pushing each other to be ready for their individual fights. They compete as individuals, but they can’t prepare without the team.

Thank you to all the ladies that stopped out to roll, laugh, and connect at our women’s open mat yesterday! We hope you’ll all stop back again in the future. We will definitely be hosting more women’s open mats and events in the future so stay tuned for updates.

We have another open house this Friday! Kids as young as three years old can get started in our Confident Cubs program. Kids five years and up are welcome in our kids classes. Our open house is a great opportunity for kids to see what jujutsu is all about, and sample some of the games and skills we work on in our classes. We hope to see you there!

We are just days away from our seminar with black belt Brad Souders. Tie up the loose ends of your lasso guard and take advantage of some excellent instruction. With years of experience and an encyclopedic level of knowledge, this is not a seminar to miss. There is still space on the mat, so send an email or DM to save yours.
