Yesterday we wrapped the weekend up at Cowboy Rumble in Branson Missouri. We couldn't be more proud of our wrestlers. Caine, Emmarose, and Eloise all showed so much heart out there in absolutely stacked brackets. Caine and Emma both brought home very well earned bronze medals. We will make a few little adjustments and in no time they will be back to bringing home that gold hardware. Great job yesterday everyone! Also a huge thank you to the families that showed up mat side on every match. When joining CCC you're not just joining a club, you're joining our family!

We want to give a huge shout out to Kaleb with K&E Mechanical for getting our AC working. We had Kaleb install a mini split for us. Once he got it installed he realized the compressor wasnt working properly. After ordering the part and it coming in on Friday evening, he was out there Sunday getting our gym cooled down. We’re back at Capital City High School, and this time we’re bringing together an incredible lineup of women ready to put on a SHOW 👏

This all women Nogi Grappling TEAM Dual is about more than great matches. It’s about giving women in this sport a stage, showing just how much talent and heart women’s grappling has to offer ❤️

Late night last night at Under the Lights in Boonville, and these girls showed OUT! 🔥💪

🥇 Emma brought home 1st place after an incredible performance! She even pinned a National Champion and was just ONE second away from a tech fall, winning the finals 16-3 hitting a takedown when time ran out. What a statement!

🥇 Kambrie battled her way to another 1st place finish, wrestling with confidence and determination all day long.

❤️ Eloise faced some tough competition, but never stopped fighting. She showed a lot of heart out there!

We are so proud of these girls. Way to represent!! 👏👏👏

Today our kids represented our team at the Show-Me State Games, and we couldn't be more proud! 👏

🥇 Caine battled his way to 1st place 🥈 Emma earned 2nd place after having to wrestle up an age division in the 12U bracket! 🥈 Kambrie fought hard to bring home 2nd place 🥉 Eloise rounded out an incredible day with a well-earned 3rd place

Congratulations to all of our competitors! Your hard work is paying off, and we can't wait to see what you accomplish next.🏆
