🚨 ROCKLAND APA — WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🚨

As many of you know, Albany is no longer an option for our 2027 World Qualifier.

I have been working through different possibilities and trying to come up with the best solution while making this transition as convenient as possible for all of our players and teams.

Our goal is simple: I want to bring our World Qualifier LOCAL! 🎱

But in order to make that happen, I need your help.

We are looking for a location that:

📍 Has a minimum of 5,000 square feet

📅 Is available Friday, June 11th, Saturday, June 12th & Sunday, June 13th, 2027

The cost of the venue is extremely important because we also have the significant expense of bringing in the pool tables, lights and everything else necessary to run a proper World Qualifier.

We also need to secure a location as soon as possible so we can begin planning and locking everything into place.

Here is why this is so important:

If we are unable to find a suitable location, our World Qualifier will most likely have to be held over the course of multiple weekends.

And I think I can safely say that ABSOLUTELY NOBODY wants that! 😬

So I am asking everyone to think outside the box. Maybe you know someone who owns or manages a banquet hall, event center, warehouse, vacant retail space, recreation center, hotel ballroom, large firehouse, commercial property or another space that could work.

Reach out to anyone you may know!

If you know of a possible location, please do me one favor before sending it my way: contact them and see if June 11th, 12th and 13th 2027 are available. That will save us a tremendous amount of time as we work through the possibilities.

If the dates are available, please send me the location and a contact person, and I will take it from there.

EXCITING NEWS!! The APA Scorekeeper app is now active for our Tri-Annual Tournaments! We will be fully electronic using the SK app for the upcoming Summer 2026 Tri-Annuals!
