Jefferson Volleyball Club Rachael Demby started this club in 2022. Known for developing coachable, hardworking athletes and creating a positive, winning team culture.

Dedicated to teaching strong fundamentals, teamwork, and a love for the game We are a competitive 12u travel volleyball team dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the court. Our program focuses on building strong fundamentals, teamwork, and a love for the game while fostering confidence and sportsmanship. We compete in regional tournaments, challenge our players to grow each season, and celebrate the journey as much as the wins.
